We may collect your name, organisation, address, email address, telephone number, order history, requested products, delivery details, invoice and payment status, and the contents of enquiries. The checkout does not store full card details. Essential browser storage keeps basket contents available.

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, fulfil and deliver orders, issue invoices, administer business accounts, handle returns, meet tax and accounting duties, prevent misuse and, where you have chosen it, send optional marketing.

Processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business. Optional electronic marketing relies on consent or applicable soft opt-in rules, and can be stopped at any time.

Information is shared only where necessary with payment processors, delivery companies, website and email providers, accountants, professional advisers and public authorities. We do not sell personal data.

Enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months. Order, invoice and VAT records are normally retained for seven years. The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections and access to business records is limited to those who need it.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. We are not required to register with the ICO as a sole trader processing data for core business purposes only.
